		<description>Hi Neshi,  I like that exercise of looking at everything in your home and thinking about how it impacts your energy.  Sticky notes are a great aid to that exercise.  For example, you can put a yellow sticky note on everything you love, a green one on everything that brings your energy down and a blue one for items that have a neutral feeling.
