Brenda is a retired physiotherapist who has over 14 years experience practicing Craniosacral Therapy. She incorporates a wide range of bodywork modalities into each treatment. As a certified Hatha Yoga instructor, Brenda blends awareness of movement, meditation and breathing exercises with asana (poses) to increase body awareness and reduce stress. She applies her experience as a Certified Practitioner of Interior Alignment™ to use Feng Shui principles to bring balance and clarity into homes and work places.
